Shipping Within South Africa We deliver nationwide across South Africa using Aramex Store to Door — a reliable door-to-door courier service that brings your order straight to you.
Delivery Timeframe Once your order has been placed and payment confirmed, please allow 8-11 business days for delivery. Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Order Processing Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking Your Order Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery status through the Aramex website.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Delivery Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Tensfit is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, Aramex will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
